This Company is Rewarding its Staff for Pandemic Work with Free Vacation in Spain

NEW YORK: Yolk Recruitment will thank its 55 employees with an all-inclusive trip to Tenerife, Spain's largest Canary Island; the company is spending more than 100,000 pounds on the vacation, which is almost Rs 1 crore.

According to a LinkedIn post from the company, they are not just taking the senior executives, but the entire employees as well. They also stated that they may be the first company from Cardiff to accomplish so.

Yolk Folk are off to Tenerife! That's everyone. Not just the top billers or those that played a part in our historic 2021 results, but EVERYONE. Our purpose is to build a culture where everyone wins! This means no one can be left behind on this all-inclusive company holiday. We might be one of the first Cardiff-based companies for such a company-wide (not just target hitters), all expenses paid employee holiday and that's only possible because we strive to be #Bright #Bold #Better in everything we do, internally and externally," reads the caption of the post on LinkedIn.

In an interview with BBC Chief Commercial Officer Pavan Arora stated that "Our team has been on a journey, from remote to hybrid to remote, so we just wanted to wrap our arms around everyone and express our gratitude for the past two years"
